Our turnaround time is 8-12 days, as every order is made to order this does take some time to make sure that everything is PERFECT!
Yes I do! If you live local to the SM5 area you are more than welcome to collect! The processing time remains the same as a standard order.
If you need your order sooner than our current processing time, please contact me via email, instagram or through the chat feature as soon as possible and I can see what I can do to help! If this happens to be during our busier periods unfortunately due to the high demand of the season it may not always be possible!
YES! If there is something that you can't see on our shop we are more than welcome to do a custom for you! All custom requests are to me made via email or the chat feature on website!
